It exists so nothing time-sensitive is ever missed — it is where the expiration and review dates you set throughout Unifyca all come together.
What is this section?
The Calendar is the single place to track the important dates of every project. From here you can see project deadlines, domain and hosting expirations, project start dates, SSL certificate renewals and much more — month by month, colour-coded by type.
Why it matters
Across a portfolio of sites there are dozens of dates that each cause a problem if missed — a lapsed domain, an expired certificate, an unpaid licence, a forgotten review. Scattered across sections they're easy to lose; gathered on one Calendar (and echoed in the Dashboard and Alert Center) they become impossible to overlook.
Unlike the project-specific sections, the Calendar provides a portfolio-wide view across all projects — a global view across the entire platform — helping you identify upcoming renewals, expirations and reviews from a single screen.

This is a visibility problem, not a missing-information one: the SSL certificate (or domain, or licence) had its date recorded in a project — but no one was looking at that section, so it expired anyway. The Calendar surfaces every such date in one timeline where it can't go unseen.

Do I add events to the Calendar manually?
No. It is populated automatically from the expiration, renewal and review dates you set across projects (domain, hosting, SSL, licences, maintenance, legal and more).
Where else do these dates appear?
As Incoming Expirations on the Dashboard and as notifications in the Alert Center.
Why do I only see a few events per month?
The Free plan shows the first 5 items per month and disables filters; Pro and Premium remove both limits.
How do I get a date onto the Calendar?
Set the relevant expiration/renewal/review date in its section — for example a domain's expiration or a maintenance entry's next review date.
Does the Calendar replace external calendar tools?
No. The Calendar is designed to provide visibility into operational dates stored in Unifyca. It complements external calendar systems by focusing on website maintenance, renewals and compliance events.
